Yay Schadenfreude!

My good friend Dale is sending this to the LA Times today:

To the Editor:

When Bush won re-election, he said he had a mandate.  Apparently that mandate was to attack middle and lower class Americans with every ounce of his party's energy.

The Republicans are proposing slashing Medicaid, student loans, the food stamp program, as well as pension guarantee and unemployment insurance programs.  They've removed the safety net of bankruptcy protection and allowed fuel prices to skyrocket, while cutting taxes for the rich, and giving massive corporate welfare to the oil and pharmaceutical industries.

The Bush Administration has come unhinged and the Republican Party is at last transparent.  As a middle class American I am celebrating every Republican indictment, political stumble, back peddle, and bead of sweat.  It’s time to impeach and if this travesty of a Congress doesn’t agree, then the midterm election cannot come quickly enough.

I don't know which I prefer for 95% of the whole crew (Repubs and Dems), life in jail or heads on poles on the Mall in D.C.

It is time to take the Rights of the Individual away from corporatioons and give them back to the people. Multinational corporate piracy must end.

Oops ... sorry ... nice post, I hope that he gets its published.

I love it. This administration is going down, the cracks are widening. Has anyone read the thing about FEMA? Bahamonde's emails that were made public? Yeeeehaa!

They are so eating their own. You don't even have to hand them a fork.
